At Victory Church, our vision is simple: that people would encounter Jesus Christ daily and live a life of Victory. We believe every person can experience freedom, transformation, and breakthrough as they walk in His presence and power. We trust in the fullness of the Trinity—God the Father who calls us and loves us, God the Son who saves us and gives us grace, and God the Holy Spirit who empowers us and fellowships with us—to lead us into true victory in every area of life.
We are a Presence-Driven church—not built on personality, performance, or popularity, but on hosting God’s presence.
Whether you’re a new believer, a longtime follower of Jesus, or someone exploring faith for the first time, we invite you to become part of our Victory family. Our doors are open to all who seek hope, healing, discipleship, and transformation.
You’re welcome here.
Encounter Jesus. Live in Victory.

Values are the Spirit-given convictions that define who we are, guide how we lead, and protect where we’re going. They clarify what matters most and ensure that everything we do aligns with our mission and moves us toward our vision. Values are not suggestions—they are the non-negotiable priorities that shape our culture and conduct.
COME IN
We simply want to be like Jesus—holy, set apart unto God, and fully surrendered to the Refiner’s fire. We know the closer we get to Him, the more we become like Him. Holiness is found in the presence of God. Our heart’s cry is this: “Make me like You, Jesus! Make me holy!” Romans 6:19, 1 Peter 1:15-16, Hebrews 12:14, Revelations 4:8, 2 Timothy 1:9, 1 Thessalonians 4:3-8
LEADERS GO FIRST
We remain healthy by prioritizing daily personal encounters with God, pursuing purity, putting family first, and protecting our sabbath so we can lead others in health.
Matthew 6:33, Proverbs 3:5-8, Exodus 33:14, Matthew 11:28–29, Mark 6:31, Psalm 23:2–3, 3 John 1:2
GOVERNED BY HONOR
Honor reflects Heaven’s value. Honor protects freedom, creates safe places and reflects a Kingdom identity. Honor is about self-control not control. 1 Samuel 2:30, Romans 12:10, 1 Peter 2:17, Matthew 4:1-11, Isaiah 29:13, Mark 6:1-6, Proverbs 3:9-10
IT’S NOT OPTIONAL
We love mercy, so we show mercy. Forgiveness is for you, not for them. There is no spiritual growth without forgiveness. Ephesians 4:32, Matthew 6:14-15, Colossians 3:13
WE DON’T DO FAKE
We disciple through real relationships. We create an atmosphere for people to be open and honest by leading in vulnerability and transparency. 2 Cor. 11:27-30, 2 Cor. 12:9
LEAN INTO AWKWARD
We build the trust, character and relationships of tomorrow by engaging in the tough conversations today. Matthew 18:15-20, Matthew 5:24
GIVE YOUR ALL
We represent the Lord by doing the best we can with what we have. Colossians 3:23-24, Daniel 6:3, Exodus 31:1-11
NO STRINGS ATTACHED
We don’t give to get. We give our time, treasure and talents from a heart of love with pure motives. Acts 20:35, 1 Timothy 6:18-19, 2 Corinthians 9:7, Romans 13:8
DOWNSHIFT AND CLARIFY
We choose to slow down and communicate clearly today, so that we can move forward faster tomorrow. Romans 14:19, James 1:19
OUR HEART, YOUR MIND
We empower those with our heart to lead with their mind. We trade empowerment for teachability and humility. Exodus 18:13-26, James 4:10, Psalm 25:9
HEAR HEAR
We believe healthy feedback is a 2 way street. We welcome opportunities to hear what is in your heart, and we commit to clarifying what is in ours. Proverbs 1:5, Proverbs 19:20, James 1:19
PUT IT ON THE BOARD
If you’re not having fun, you’re doing it wrong! We make time to celebrate the little wins that create a big victory. Romans 15:5-7, 1 Thessalonians 5:16, Hebrews 10:24-25
THE THIRD OPTION
We manage Heaven’s resources for the Father’s business. The heart’s cry of a good steward is, “It will never be mine; it will always be Yours!” When given the choice between an ownership or employment mentality, we choose the third option—stewardship.
Matthew 25:14-30, 1 Kings 3:16-28, Psalms 24:1
IT’S A LIFESTYLE
Gratitude pleases the Lord. No matter what we face – valleys or mountaintops – gratitude is the answer. Gratitude is the heart posture that seeks in all things to be thankful and glorify the Lord, because it brings you and keeps you in the presence and favor of the Lord. Because He first loved us, we will forever be grateful! Hebrews 12:25-29, Romans 1:21-25, 2 Timothy 3:1-9, Psalm 30:1-12, Psalm 5:11-12, Psalm 28:7, Luke 17:11-19, Colossians 2:6-7, Psalm 100:1-5
Unique Characteristics reflect the God-given DNA, identity, and purpose behind planting Victory Church. They express the “why” of our calling—who God has formed us to be and the unique assignment He entrusted to us when He sent us to plant this church. These characteristics shape our culture, guide our ministry focus, and keep us aligned with the vision He has given.
PRESENCE-DRIVEN — Everything Starts With Him
We are not built on a brand, a personality, or a platform—we are built on the presence of God and the lordship of Jesus Christ. Everything we do flows from intimacy with Him. Christ is the Head of the Church and the unshakable foundation of our faith.
Exodus 33:13–14; Psalm 105:4; Colossians 1:18; 1 Corinthians 3:11
FREEDOM-FOCUSED — Wholeness Is Our Inheritance
We believe Jesus still heals, delivers, and restores. Freedom begins with repentance and leads to wholeness—spirit, soul, and body. He came to bind up the brokenhearted, set captives free, break oppression, and bring total restoration. Healing and deliverance are not rare events; they are the inheritance of every believer. Isaiah 61:1–3 , Isaiah 53:4–5, Matthew 8:16–17, Matthew 11:5, Luke 4:18, Acts 3:19, John 8:36, James 5:14–16 , 1 Peter 2:24
SPIRIT-EMPOWERED — Led by the Spirit, Not Trends
We follow the voice of the Holy Spirit—not trends, opinions, or cultural currents. He empowers us, transforms us, and produces His fruit in our lives. His gifts are active and pursued in love to strengthen the Church and advance the Kingdom. John 16:13; Acts 1:8; Galatians 5:22–25; 1 Corinthians 12:7–10; 1 Corinthians 14:1–5, 12, 26
SONS & DAUGHTERS — Abide, Don’t Strive
We reject the orphan spirit and live as sons and daughters—secure, accepted, complete in Christ, and seated with Him in heavenly places. We abide in Him rather than strive for Him. Our confidence flows from our identity in Christ—we fight not for victory, but from victory. Romans 8:15–17, Galatians 4:6–7, Ephesians 2:6, John 15:5, Colossians 2:9–10
SERVING — We Look Most Like Jesus When We Serve
Love is our foundation. We serve with humility, compassion, and sacrifice—because love always moves beyond words into action. We are never more like Jesus than when we serve. Servanthood is not just something we do; it is who we are as followers of Jesus. Matthew 22:37–39; Mark 10:45; John 13:14–17
DISCIPLE-MAKING — We Multiply, Not Just Gather
We do not chase decisions—we make disciples. We boldly preach Jesus and walk with people into lasting transformation. Success is not measured by attendance but by spiritual maturity and multiplication. Matthew 28:19–20; Ephesians 4:12–13; Colossians 1:28–29
DOMINION-MINDED — We Fight From Victory, Not For It
From the beginning, God created humanity to walk in dominion (Genesis 1:26–28)—to represent His rule, steward His creation, and advance His Kingdom. In Christ, that original mandate is restored. We are seated with Him and walk in Kingdom authority. Empowered by the Spirit, we confront darkness, push back the works of the enemy, and advance God’s Kingdom with boldness. We don’t fight for victory—we fight from victory. Genesis 1:26–28, Luke 10:19, Ephesians 2:6, Romans 16:20, 1 John 4:4
At Victory Church, we empower leaders who embody the DNA of this house. They prioritize daily encounters with God, serve with passion, and live available to His call. They remain teachable and humble, walk in holiness, and protect unity with the Spirit and with one another. Our leaders are faithful—steady, dependable, and committed—and they honor the Lord with the tithe. These are the leaders we trust to carry the vision and culture of Victory Church and to help us host the presence of God in this house.
We prioritize the presence of God. Leaders cannot give what they don’t have. Daily intimacy fuels public impact. Psalm 27:4, Mark 1:35, John 15:4-5
We serve the Lord with zeal, never lacking in spiritual fervor. Our hearts burn for the things of God, and we lead from a place of love and conviction. Passion fuels our worship, our work, and our witness. Romans 12:11, Colossians 3:23-24
We live surrendered and interruptible. Kingdom leaders make room for God and for people. Availability isn’t about convenience; it’s about obedience. Isaiah 6:8, Matthew 9:37-38
We remain lifelong learners—open to correction, training, and growth. A teachable heart is also a humble heart: willing to listen, ready to serve, and eager to grow. Proverbs 9:9; James 4:6; Philippians 2:3–5
We pursue purity in heart, speech, and conduct. Holiness sets us apart and reflects God's nature. We do not tolerate compromise. 1 Peter 1:15-16, 2 Corinthians 7:1
We stay steady and dependable in every season. Faithfulness is the fruit of a mature life rooted in Christ. We show up, we finish well, and we honor commitments. Proverbs 20:6, Luke 16:10, 1 Corinthians 4:2
The favor of God is found in unity. Our desire is to be in perfect unity with the Holy Spirit, which brings us into unity with one another! We understand that unity pleases the Lord. Psalm 133, Ephesians 4:2-6
We honor the Lord with the tithe. With joy, we give to God our first and our best! Malachi 3:8-10, Matthew 23:23-24, 1 Corinthians 9:7–14
